"We're bringing the dolpn to you America" Eoffitt commented while visiting a salt mine in prepertion for the Evnet in De MOines Julie 2012. Large quanties of salt is  needed so they can Salt the river toupthe ph level of the river enough for Dolphins to lourish in the pristine waters.

"Basically we use these really expensive squirt guns loaved with large amounts of salt and Nikotin in a liquid form, and we blast away" Said Tutts Powell formen for the salt crew. The salting process will take between 5 to seven hours to finishand after prepare for exicment like "youve never seen" according to Des moines govenor Teddy Brandsmen. It will be 14 days of dolfin fun on the des moine river for the family to enjoy.

There will also be music provided by local bands. The listhas yet tobedecided butthey will play from a floating stage in themiddle of theriver. " iTs basically a stage that float, thisone was designed by third eye blind soit seen some ues." said no one.

Following the big event the clean up will be a short process. "it will prolly take a month or two," said Frank Tripp,"once we clean up the carcuses of the casualties it will be very simple" Luckily the salting will only account for 200,000 to 300,000 casualties of the regular freshwater fish population, and all that free meat will be shipped to North Dakota, to feed the gowing population of groundhogs. Once the mess is cleaned up we simply drain the river and fill it back up again.
